About the Program
Discover the tools to help shape the future of work with the Bachelor of Commerce Human Resource Management stream. Gain a strong foundation in business while developing the knowledge and skills needed to attract, support and lead people in today's dynamic workplaces. Explore key areas of human resources, including talent acquisition, compensation, diversity and inclusion, employee relations and organizational effectiveness. Through innovative coursework, you'll learn how to build inclusive workplace cultures, support employee success and address evolving challenges. You'll also develop valuable skills in communication, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making that are sought by employers across industries. Opportunities to participate in co-op and get involved with the Human Resource Management Students' Association allow you to apply your learning in professional settings, build your network and gain practical experience. Graduates also complete the academic requirements for the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) professional designation.
